INNOVATIVE AND SAVOURY CUISINE

Camilo Noorjalali, originally from Iran, decided to take inspiration from Italian cuisine to begin his career as a chef while living on the Italian peninsula. In 1998, he immigrated to Canada and worked as a chef in many Italian restaurants in cities such as Toronto, Drummondville, Magog and finally, in Montreal. He received repeated critical acclaim throughout his tenure. In July 2018 his dream of becoming the owner of an Italian bistro came true, a dream through which he was able to convey the magnitude of its colors and its influences.

Tradition and quality products are at the heart of this project that has flourished thanks 
to numerous collaborations. Camilo now wants to share his talent and keep 
the authenticity of Italian cuisine in a warm and family atmosphere just steps away 
from the Notre-Dame Basilica.
